A Fishing Reason For Every Reason
There are very few times of year when there's not something biting in the waters of Sturgeon Bay. From early April through "ice out" the following spring, here are the reasons to fish:

April: Brown Trout, Brook Trout, Rainbow Trout, Walleye, Perch

May: Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, Perch, Brown Trout, Brook Trout, Lake Trout

June: Smallmouth Bass, Perch, Lake Trout, Rainbow Trout, Chinook Salmon

July: Chinook Salmon, Trout

August: Bass, Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, Walleye, Chinook Salmon, Lake Trout

September: Chinook Salmon, Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, Walleye, Perch, Northern Pike

October: Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, Walleye, Perch, Bass

December - March: Ice Fishing for: Northern Pike, Walleye, Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, Perch
